The Last Stand: Good old school action with Schwarzenegger and a fun movie! #movies #chevrolet
Arnold has still got it! The Last Stand was what i hoped it would be. A throwback to his old school strait up action days. It was funny, had great action, and the cast was actually really great. Especially Luis Guzman he is such a great actor after all these years always playing such hilarious roles. He is so underrated and appreciated but im glad he was in this.
If you are in for decent action and a laugh, go see this !
Plus i will say the opening scene was very very cool, and i gotta hand it to the marketing team at Chevrolet, they did a great job sponsoring this movie and integrating into the movie! So many companies do it wrong!..you can just randomly do product placement or sponsor a movie with no real connection …but Chevy always does it well (like with Transformers), their ZR 1 corvette is featured throughout the film and becomes a part of the storyline!

Mama- not too scary but not bad at all #movies
I love scary movies…love them and always hope to find really scary ones (which are a rare find). The concept of Del Toro’s Mama was really intriguing and he’s one of my favorite writer/directors when it comes to things like horror or fantasy. I have to say the movie itself was pretty decent. Although i didnt find it that scary, because they showed the ghost so early and so much, it was more thrilling than scary.
The cast was great..of course Jessica Chastain was great but the surprise to me were the amazing little actresses that played the little girls! Wow especially the smaller one that basically had to spend most the movie acting almost like an animal, the kind of talent at such a young age really stole the show.
Worth seeing , just dont worry about too many scares.
